'I know you'd be beaming with pride when the time comes': Bindi Irwin reveals how her late father Steve Irwin will be part of her wedding as she posts touching open letter
Bindi Irwin recently announced her engagement to boyfriend of six years, Chandler Powell on her 21st birthday.
And on Saturday the young conversationalist took to Instagram to pen a touching open letter to her late father Steve Irwin.
Bindi posted a sweet family photo alongside her moving words and revealed how she is including her father on her wedding day.

Bindi has special role her brother Robert, 15, will play on her big day, and she knows her dad will be looking on.
Writing in the caption, Bindi began, 'Dad, You would be so incredibly proud of Robert. He's been such an amazing support during this beautiful new life chapter.'
She added: 'I know you'd be beaming with pride when the time comes that he walks me down the aisle'.

After six years of dating, Chandler, 22, popped the question at Australia Zoo on July 24th 2019, Bindi's 21st birthday.
Bindi also told Entertainment Tonight that from the start, she wanted her brother to take the place of her father and walk her down the aisle.
'I think that for me, it'll be really important that Robert walks me down the aisle. That's something that I really want to do,' she said.

She says her brother, 'always stepped up and been the one to give me a hug when I need it and encourage me forward in life'

Steve was killed by a stingray in a freak accident 13 years ago at the age of 44, leaving behind his wife Terri and children Bindi and Robert.
Bindi was eight at the time of her father's death, while Robert was just two-years-old.
