Layla Hologram Effect Skittle Swatches

You may remember when I nearly lost my mind over how gorgeous and holo Layla Misty Blush looked. If you missed it, here's a peek:

Misty Blush has some siblings that aren't too shabby their own selves. Here's the most recent set of colors that was released (just in Europe so far, near as I can tell)—Gold Idol, Emerald Divine, Shock Pink, Red Taboo, Purple Illusion, Cloudy Violet, Misty Blush, Coffee Love.

I wasn't sure I could handle the awesome if I swatched each of these on their own, so I did limited each shade to one or two fingers. Top to bottom below, Gold Idol (quite a greenish gold, I must say), Emerald Divine, Coffee Love, Gold Idol. All two coats over Nfu Oh Aqua Base, no topcoat.

And now the warmer tones, top to bottom: Shock Pink, Red Taboo (very much on the pink side of red), Purple Illusion, Cloudy Violet. Same as first set, these are two coats over Nfu Oh Aqua Base, no topcoat. In normal room light:

Full sun with tiny spider visitor:

Since the sun decided to stick around instead of disappearing as it likes to do when I'm swatching, I went ahead and did Skittles of the first set of Laly Hologram Effect colors: Mercury Twilight, Coral Glam, Retro Pink, Ultra Violet, Jade Groove, Mermaid Spell, Ocean Rush, Flash Black.

Left to right below—Coral Glam, Retro Pink, Ultra Violet, Jade Groove. All over Aqua Base; Retro Pink is three coats and the others are two. Room light:

Bonus rainbows:

Yeah, these are expensive, but they're good value for the money in my opinion—the rainbows per dollar rate is very favorable indeed.
