• The latest in Photoshop Fails comes from Target, whose botched retouching of a teenage model has sparked outrage across the ‘net. To sell their leopard print Xhilaration® Junior’s Midkini 2-Piece Swimsuit, the folks in the graphic department got a little too photoshop happy, thinning model R’el Dade‘s already skinny arms, nipping her waist, and finally, hacking off a chunk of her crotch to create the ultimate thigh gap from hell. It’s bad enough that the Photoshop job is so terrible, but it’s made even worse by the fact that this is a JUNIORS swimsuit, i.e. the target customer is a teenage girl. None of the other bikini-clad models are the site are so heinously retouched, so… why this picture? And furthermore, how did the people at Target miss such an egregious mistake? (Jezebel)
